Silicon Graphics Files For Bankruptcy

SGI, aka Silicon Graphics Inc., in Mountainview, California, was once a leader in high-end computer graphics workstations used for animation and other 2D and 3D imaging projects. They’ve had a long history of acclaim, but in recent years have had financial problems.
