KoolTorch Makes Searching Easier

I have fallen in love with a new search engine.  Even though I’ve just started to play around with KoolTorch, I love the ease of use.  As a dialup sufferer, I’m all about the ease.

KoolTorch is an example of visual search engines.  It allows the user to see a hundred search results on one page.  It is then as easy as a click to narrow down the search.  Another Kool feature is that a bubble will pop up with an explanation of the site and even a miniature of the main page.

By no means is it a perfect format.  A quick search for search engines didn’t even reveal KoolTorch on its own site.  Other search subjects were more successful, and I found that with dialup it gives me the ability to look at more without the bogging down of loading page after page.

The innovations of search engines continue to expand.  Sites like KoolTorch are giving Google something to think about.
