Traditional Phones Still Have a Place
AT&T, and other Telcos, need to step up there service to salvage their users. Many people have given up their traditional telephones in favor of cell phone service, DSL, VoIP and other faster-better-easier choices. This saves money, and eliminates the need to stick around the house in order to get that important call.
But there is still a place for the traditional. These phones aren’t subject to “dead spots,” the have no need to re-charge, and they aren’t subject to power outages.
The problem is that most of the traditional phones don’t have the features that are included with cell phones. Granted, traditional lines won’t ever be as portable or gadget focused as the cell phone industry. With the merging of giants AT&T and Bellsouth, something special should be on the horizon.
