InPrint - All About the Printed Word, Communication, the Internet and Language

Welcome to the InPrint Blog - All About the Printed Word, Communication and Language, and Free Ebooks

I love the printed word. I love words in general. I love language and the esoterics of communication. I love the sound of accents and analyzing the changing face of our culture as it relates to words. Human lives would not be what they are today without words, without language, without communication.

Words form our history and our future. The Internet has changed the world and the way it communicates. Join me - a published writer, author and blogger, and a former editor and publisher and a full-fledged armchair word anthropologist - as I talk the printed word, about communication, whether verbally in language, in print, or on the Internet. This is an all-encompassing blog about words that will appeal to those who love the printed word, whether you're a reader or a writer.

As part of the content in this blog, I'll be posting PDF versions of copyright-expired classic books sourced from various websites including Project Gutenberg. These books do take some effort to massage into PDF format, so it'll be a week or more between editions. The first PDF edition will be H.G. Wells' War of the Worlds, which will be posted in the next 24 hrs. The next will be The Notebooks of Leonardo da Vinci, which will be posted within the next 7 days.
